HIREHUSTLE — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By activating HireHustle ("the Software") you agree to these terms.

1. LICENSE. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the one computer
   (Mac or Windows PC) the license key was issued for. The license is a one-time purchase and does not expire.

2. OWNERSHIP. The Software, its code, design and documentation are owned by Eswar Kalla. You buy a license to
   use it, not the Software itself.

3. YOU MAY NOT:
   a. copy, share, sell, rent, lend, sublicense or give the Software or your license key to anyone else;
   b. decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or try to extract the source code of the Software;
   c. remove, disable or work around the license check or any copyright notice;
   d. build, sell or offer a product or service that copies or imitates the Software or its features
      using any part of it.

4. FREE TRIAL. One free trial per computer and per email address. Starting the trial sends this computer's Machine ID, your
   Gmail address and the app version to the HireHustle trial server, only to make sure each trial is used once.
   Trying to get another trial (for example by deleting files, reinstalling or using other email accounts) is not
   allowed.
   CHECK-INS: every few hours the app sends the HireHustle server its Machine ID, version, plan, a fingerprint
   of the license key, today's counts (mails, replies) and short problem notes with personal details removed. It
   receives fixes and license status in return. A license must check in at least once every 30 days, and a
   license that is shared or leaked can be revoked.

5. YOUR DATA. Your mails, resumes, contacts and settings stay on your own computer. You are responsible for your use
   of your email account and for following the terms of the websites and services you use with the Software
   (for example Gmail, LinkedIn and TextNow), including sending limits and anti-spam rules.

6. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Results (replies, interviews,
   jobs) are not guaranteed.

7. LIABILITY. To the extent allowed by law, Eswar Kalla is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages,
   lost data, lost profits, or account suspensions arising from use of the Software. Total liability is limited
   to the amount you paid for the license.

8. TERMINATION. Breaking these terms ends your license immediately, without refund. Each license key is tied to
   the purchaser's name; keys found shared or leaked will be revoked in future versions.

9. REFUNDS. All sales are final once a license key has been issued, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
