The short version

HireHustle runs on your computer. Your mails, resumes, contacts, calls and settings stay there. We never see or upload them.

What HireHustle sends to our server

• When you create your account: your name, email, phone (if you give it), whether you agreed to marketing emails, your computer's Machine ID (a code derived from the computer, not its serial number) and the app version. This lets us run your trial and license, and contact you about it.
• Free trial: the Machine ID and your email, so each trial is used once.
• Check-ins every few hours: Machine ID, app version, plan (trial or licensed), a fingerprint of your license key (not the key), today's counts (for example mails sent and replies) and short problem notes with personal details removed. In return the app receives fixes and license status.

What we never collect

The contents of your mails, your resumes, recruiter names or addresses, your Gmail password or app password, your call history, or anything you type into the app.

Marketing emails

Only if you ticked the box when signing up. Every email lets you stop them; you can also ask on WhatsApp.

Phone access

If you turn on phone access, a private Cloudflare link connects your phone to the app on your computer. It needs your view password and is view-only.

Where it's stored and for how long

On Cloudflare (our server provider) for as long as you use HireHustle. Ask on WhatsApp to have your sign-up details deleted.
